in 3...

I hated this break that I've been on - in some ways, I felt like I was losing steam and was worried that I was gonna get used to this "waiting" stage and not feel like getting back on track.

But as we get closer and closer - i'm actually REALLY looking forward to diving headfirst into the deep end ;)

One of my teammates (Hi RaeRae!)  was talking about this super intense workout program she's going to start, and a few weeks ago - i just thought she was plain nuts! LOL

She was looking forward to the hard work and the intensity - and i was like ummmmmm. not I!

but these weeks of relative inactivity and being lax with my eating has had the OPPOSITE effect that i thought it would.

In the very beginning, I worried that  I'd just be like - ahhhhh it's so nice to not have to worry about exercise or watching what i eat.

But - I've come so far!  I'm halfway to my ultimate goal - and being forced to NOT workout has made me WANT to work out that much more!!!

Now.... like Rae Rae - i'm looking forward to the pain ;)    but in a good way.  I can't wait to work hard, eat healthy, and watch my body transform.

I'm even actually looking forward to sweating again ;)

I can't wait to keep you all updated on our progress and our rankings - and i hope you're all cheering for us!!!

  1. I'm right there with you. I'm sure you saw my email that I joined a 6-week challenge with a personal trainer program. I'm so looking forward to gaining some strength and working hard. I can't wait until we win this, I'm so pumped up that ain't nuthin' gonna stop me!!!
